Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you think your copyrighted work has been used without permission on CamStar Models, please inform our copyright agent as outlined in the DMCA. For a valid complaint under the DMCA, provide this information in writing:
- A signature (electronic or physical) from someone authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- Details of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
- Information about the allegedly infringing material and its location on our site;
- Your contact details (address, phone number, email) for CamStar Models to reach you;
- A statement that you honestly believe the use of the material is not allowed by the copyright owner, their agent, or law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your information is correct and you're authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may lead to legal consequences.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, please send CamStar Models' copyright agent a written counter-notice with this information:
- Your signature (physical or electronic);
- Details of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you honestly believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you agree to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or for any judicial district where CamStar Models operates if you're outside the US), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who reported the alleged infringement.
